Corner office sublet available immediately in the Black Mountain Wellness Center at 1141 Montreat Road. I’m seeing clients over telehealth from the office two days a week, and my schedule is flexible. I love this office because it’s quiet (most days when I’m there I don’t see another person), full of light, cool in the summer and warm in the winter, has easy parking, reliable internet and there’s a little kitchen right down the hall from my office.

My rent is $475, including utilities and internet. I’m looking for someone to split the rent and share the space. The landlord requires proof of licensure and liability insurance. Books, art and other things around the office are explicitly queer and trans-affirming, anti-racist and sex-positive. Peaceful View from the couch

There’s a spot for you to bring your favorite therapist’s chair or simply roll the desk chair over. I used it as my therapist’s chair when I was seeing clients in person and it’s pretty comfy. I sit on the couch to do telehealth and that works great, but you could also use the desk.
